I started getting interested in bikes during the pandemic and lockdown when there wasn’t much I could do. I went on lots of bike rides with my family and started tinkering and trying to fix small things like flats by watching YouTube videos.
My mom noticed I had an interest in bikes and told me I should try to find a place to pursue my interest. I found the Bike Garage and immediately fell in love with bikes and the atmosphere of the shop.
In the three years that I’ve been working here, I’ve learned a lot about bikes and gained many important social skills as well. However, the thing I like the most about the Bike Garage is seeing people walk away happy, knowing that I helped to make someone’s day.
