Mare Island PedalFest

WHAT: The Mare Island PedalFest is a family-friendly multi-pronged event dedicated to fans of all-things bike. From docent-led cycling tours on the historic naval base of Mare Island, to cyclocross races through the urban and park landscapes, to a bike swap featuring treasures new and old, there’s truly something for everyone. The event is free to attend and offers great “fan-viewing” of the races which start and finish waterside at the Mare Island Brewing Co.

Four cycling experiences available are:

1. Lap of the Shipyard - A family-friendly educational bike tour, ages 1-101 ($10 per adult, under 18 is free)

2. Kids Bike Rodeo - Kids only bike skills in enclosed area sponsored by Bike Vallejo, ages 3-12 (free event)

3. Urban Cyclo-cross races - Beginners to Advanced bike races - ages 6 and up ($20 - $50)

4. New for 2022 - A Bike Swap! BUY. SELL. SWAP - Bikes, Clothes & Accessories.
